All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

If the issue is verified, we will do our best to make it right, which may include a refund or replacement, at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note:

  • Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect

  • Minor variations in color or print placement may occur and are not considered defects

  • Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are handled individually
