Production and delivery

Production normally takes 2–3 business days after your order is accepted. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. After dispatch, shipping normally takes an estimated 1–2 weeks. Production and transit are separate periods.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Any different estimate clearly stated for your order applies to that order. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a specific date.

Shipping charges and destinations

Available destinations, methods, shipping charges, and taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping applies only when offered and accepted at checkout. Please check your delivery address carefully.

United States shipping only

Visual Vibes currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only. International shipping is paused. Available shipping methods, charges, and taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipment delays

If we cannot ship within the stated production timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping estimate when available, and give you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a prompt refund. We will not retain payment for unshipped merchandise without the consent required by applicable law.

Tracking and delivery problems

When tracking is available, use the shipment information provided for your order. If an order appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the fulfillment provider and carrier and provide any remedy required by applicable law. We do not require you to waive rights to goods that were not delivered as agreed.

Address changes

Email us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. Changes may not be possible after production or shipping begins. Any additional shipping cost will be explained before you agree to it.
